Location: Dallas, TX – The National Office of Omega Delta Phi has announced three new appointments to the Office of the President and the Department of Undergraduate Affairs for the remainder of the 2021-2024 administration. The Director of Talent Management and Quarter School Advisor are in the Office of the President, while the Southwest Regional Director is in the Department of Undergraduate Affairs. All three are director-level positions.
We have appointed Lt. Col. and Brother George Bolton as the Director of Talent Management for the remainder of the 2021-2024 administration. In this pivotal role, Bolton will lead efforts to cultivate, source, and optimize the talent within the fraternity.
As the Director of Talent Management, Bolton will leverage his extensive experience and leadership skills to identify and develop the potential of fraternity members. He will collaborate with the NEC, alumni networks, and committees to implement talent-focused strategies fostering personal growth, leadership development, and enhancing volunteer experience.
“Bolton’s exceptional leadership abilities and commitment to nurturing talent will undoubtedly empower our members to flourish within our organization,” said Chief of Staff Nathan Morales. “His expertise will shape a strong and diverse network of leaders to improve the membership experience and develop talent.”
We are pleased to announce we have appointed Brother Obed Mena as the Southwest Regional Director for the remainder of the 2021-2024 administration. In this challenging role, Mena will maintain local relations with the entities in his domain while working to improve their overall membership experience.
As the Southwest Regional Director, Mena will leverage his experience on the regional board to ensure members are in compliance, can achieve their goals, and have the support they need to succeed. He says, “I am looking forward to working with our undergraduate brothers to pass our vision onto future generations.” The National Office plans to ensure his vision comes to fruition.
“He has his work cut out for him in the Southwest and we are going to support him and guide him in this important chapter in his life,” said Assistant Vice President of Undergraduate Affairs Franciso Ramirez. “We will continue to work together to ensure that the Southwest Region reaches the next level.”
We have appointed Brother Alberto De La Isla as the Quarter School Advisor for the remainder of the 2021-2024 administration. In this critical role, De La Isla will serve as the primary consultant to the national organization on all quarter school related matters, offering valuable insights and suggestions to adapt existing policies and collaborate with quarter school entities
As the Quarter School Advisor, De La Isla brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in navigating the unique landscape of quarter schools. He will play a pivotal role in fostering effective communication between the national organization and its quarter school chapters, ensuring their needs and perspectives are represented and heard.
