Expansion
Founding a chapter of Omega Delta Phi is a challenging and rewarding experience that requires strong leadership and deep commitment to community service and philanthropy. The chartering process is by no means an easy task, but, in due course, there will be much to be reaped by those who step up to the challenge. Founding Process
Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. prides itself on developing men who lead with purpose and go above and beyond the call of duty-both as brothers and as positive contributors to their communities. The Fraternity seeks these same qualities in its future chapters, as they represent the long-term growth and sustainability of Omega Delta Phi.
Throughout the founding process, prospective chapters work closely with the Fraternal Growth Team, which oversees expansion efforts and provides guidance, structure, and accountability. This process begins with the Associate Chapter phase, where a strong foundation is established, and continues through chartering and letter designation, ultimately leading to full recognition as a chapter of Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc.
Prospective Chapter
A Prospective Chapter is formed when a group of interested young men is approved to begin the expansion process of Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. The first intake class is recognized as the Founding Class, followed by the Charter Class. Upon successfully completing both intake classes and meeting all required benchmarks, the Prospective Chapter becomes eligible to petition for a Chapter Charter.
Chartered Chapter
Once all requirements to present for a Chapter Charter have been satisfied, the Prospective Chapter submits/presents a petition to the National Executive Council. If approved, the chapter is granted its official Greek letter designation, becoming a fully recognized and chartered chapter of Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc.
