About Conference

We are very excited to announce National Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 22, 23, and 24.  Besides ReuKnighting our Brothers, this conference will also hold our 2021 -2024 Presidential Election!  Below we have provided a FAQ to help answer some questions and we will be providing regular updates as we finalize certain things to ensure a HYPE time for all Brothers.

This page contains a Conference FAQ, the Registration Form, and the Current Agenda for all events being held.  As we finalize locations, we will be updating this regularly, but all registered participants will also receive a digital agenda as well they can get on their mobile phones.

Friday and Saturday, our morning working sessions will be located in The Strat Showroom, each afternoon session will be offsite with a location TBA for our Brotherhood and Service events.

The Saturday night banquet will be held on the 102nd floor of The Strat, overlooking all of Las Vegas, as we celebrate our Brotherhood and the upcoming year ahead.

Conference FAQ

We had a lot of decisions to make this year as we approached National Conference and a lot of things changed very quickly.  We had looked at many locations and had to factor in cost of flying, location, accessibility, and of course any pandemic related issues.

As we have seen more opening up (ballparks, concerts, conferences) and as we’ve seen more schools requiring vaccination for the Fall semester, we felt that it was safe to hold conference in person.

We also consulted our insurance company, other organizations that are having live conferences, and our regional directors for feedback and felt that after a crazy 2020, our Brotherhood needed to ReuKnight again.

[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Will there be a virtual option?” open=”no” class=”” id=””]Yes, we understand not everyone might be able to attend so we have factored that into the picture as well with a virtual option.

The virtual option does cost $50 and you may ask why?

Because we still want to provide you with any swag from the event (t-shirt etc) and also to mitigate the cost of the wifi services we will need to obtain from the venue in order to stream everything on day 1.

Virtual voting is a decision of the Elections Committee – not the NEC.

The last 4-5 years, we have had bundled packages that have been all inclusive but with this years timeline being different we had to manage different concerns.

From a liability standpoint due to the pandemic, we were unable to secure an end to end package and from feedback we received, Brothers wanted an option to stay at different venues, get an Air BNB, stay with family, etc.

Furthermore, with more of a focus on Brotherhood events and service, we did not have to secure as many rooms for workshops, internet, A/V, and more which is also a huge cost saver as well.

This allows us to have a much lower price to register, especially when money could be an issue due to the pandemic.

National Conference is one of the greatest events you can attend to meet other Brothers from across the nation and understand the true meaning of HYPE.

This conference is unique as we will going back to our roots, reflecting on where we came from, where we are, and of course, where we are going.  We will do that by putting into practice what our fraternity was founded on..Brotherhood and Service.

In accordance with CDC Guidelines for events, we will focus on some key areas:

• Promoting healthy behaviors that reduce spread (distancing, masks, hygiene etiquette)
• Maintaining healthy environments through disinfecting communal spaces
• Maintaining health operations through regulatory awareness, reduced indoor meeting times, and staff training/resources.

Furthermore, while we are not requiring Brothers to be vaccinated to attend, we do strongly encourage it and also ask you to follow all rules for COVID PCR tests when flying or traveling across state lines in order to remain compliant.
