Seattle, WA – The Leadership and Development team of Omega Delta Phi (http://www.omegadeltaphi.com) has announced two new hires in an effort to fill out the team roster.  Vice President of Leadership and Development, Brother Ruben Hernandez has hired Brother Ruben Moody as Director of Membership Development and Brother Fernando Valle as Director of Business Development.

I’m excited to bring on these two new members to our Leadership and Development group.  Each comes with an impressive fraternal/professional resume and are a great fit for their respective rolls. Ruben and Fernando have each made significant contributions to their chapters, and I look forward to leveraging their talents to help create an even stronger Omega Delta Phi.” said VP of Leadership and Development, Ruben Hernandez.

Omega Delta Phi welcomes the following Brothers to the Leadership and Development Team:

Omega Delta Phi  welcomes, Brother Fernando Valle as the newest Director of Business Development. Brother Valle graduated with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Business and Leadership from Arizona State University, where he has been consistently active in a variety of roles within the Brotherhood.  “It’s an honor to be Omega Delta Phi’s new Director of Business Development. I’m ready to work hard and help advance ODPhi into a new level of achievements. My goal is to develop new partnerships, revenue streams, and other opportunities that will benefit the whole brotherhood. I’m excited to be on board and look forward to collaborating with our team for the success of our fraternity.” said Brother Valle.  In this new role, Brother Valle will be focusing on establishing new national partnerships (in addition to maintaining our current ones: Geico, Amazon, Uber, Men’s Warehouse) , as well as focusing on the vendor management relationship between Omega Delta Phi and it’s vendors.

 

Also new to the team, Omega Delta Phi  welcomes Brother Ruben Moody as our new Director of Membership Development.  Brother Ruben graduated with a BA in Political Science from University of the Pacific and has been an active member of Omega Delta Phi in many regional leadership roles and philanthropic roles.  In his new role, Brother Moody will be focusing on the colony to chapter development path, the professional development of Brothers,  and the diversity development of our organization. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to be the Director of Membership Development.  I’m looking forward to collaborating with other National Directors and brothers to provide an increased number of quality opportunities for the development of our undergrads.” said Brother Moody in regards to his hiring.
