Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc.’s Leadership and Development team is happy to announce the appointment of Juan Morales for the Director of Business Development position. Juan became a brother at the University of Oklahoma (Xi Chapter) in 2015 and is currently working in Seattle, Washington as a financial analyst.
“As an undergraduate student, I enjoyed actively attending ODPhi events and holding positions within the chapter. I enjoyed the camaraderie between all of the active house members, and I truly wouldn’t be the leader and professional I am today if it wasn’t for the support of my fraternity brothers,” Juan said.“I have had multiple guidance and mentorship from alumni from this fraternity, so it excites me to be in a position where I am helping our fraternal business partnerships with this new position, but also in a leadership position where I can serve our undergraduate members. I truly am a believer that joining this fraternity is not just an undergraduate membership, but a lifelong membership, which is why I choose to continue holding a position within the fraternity.”

Juan plans to increase revenue through new partnerships while expanding business relationships with the fraternity’s current partners.
