Location: Dallas, TX – The National Organization has appointed new directors to fill positions by excited and passionate brothers for the rest of the 2021-2024 administration.

Nathan Morales

We are excited to announce a Brother Nathan Morales as new Director of Compliance in the Department of Operations for the remainder of the 2021-2024 administration. The Department of Operations holds the Compliance, Diversity, Business and Professional Development, Academics, and Philanthropy offices.

Having just joined our team as the compliance officer, Brother Nathan is a fraternal firebrand. He has hit the ground running in the days immediately following his appointment, and it is clear he cares a great deal for maintaining high standards within the fraternity. Nathan endeavors to elevate the fraternity’s image and policies without overbearing, while maintaining the oft-neglected brotherhood spirit.

Brother Nathan’s commitment to higher standards is even embodied outside Omega Delta Phi. His work as a project manager in diversity and inclusion education means he approaches all he does with a critical lens for social justice. Nathan is the paragon of our fraternity’s “crescit eundo,” pushing us to even greater heights in both the Operations team and in the National organization. “I welcome Nathan as a much-needed force for change,” said Vice President of Operations Dylan Casares.

Brother Nathan graduated from the University of Florida in 2019 with a bachelor’s in philosophy and is pursuing a master’s in philosophy and education at Teachers College, Columbia University. He was the council treasurer for his university’s Multicultural Greek Council and held numerous positions in his home chapter.

Faustino Limón

National Marketing Team is excited to have Brother Faustino Limón join the team as our Director of Social Media. His work as Marketing Chair in the Central Texas Region really stands out within the Fraternity and we’re excited to have him bring his drive and work ethic to the National level.

Brother Faustino crossed at the Alpha Mu Chapter in 2017 as a member of the spring class. He is currently his region’s social media director, and he is excited to get started on the National level.

Brother Faustino obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M – Kingsville. Currently, he works as a safety coordinator for a small chain of meat markets. He makes sure all his store locations follow health and safety standards, routinely doing inspections and licensing, among many other tasks.

“I can’t wait to see what he does!” said National President Jesus “Chuy” Apodaca. “His previous work really shows the power of effective social media, so I’m excited to see him elevate our national brand to a higher level. Good luck to you! The Marketing team has won a great person today.”
