Location: Dallas, TX – The National Office of Omega Delta Phi and Operations Department led by Vice President Dylan Casares have announced the Directors appointed to the Operations Team for the 2021-2024 administration.  The Operations Team is the home team for the Director of Academics, Director of Compliance, Director of Diversity, Director of Alumni Engagement & Director of Programming.

Director of Academics – Robert Maloney

The Vice President of Operations, Dylan Casares, is excited to announce the appointment of Brother Robert Maloney to the position of National Director of Academics. Brother Robert crossed at Beta Beta Chapter in Fall 2011, as a member of the Beta class. He held numerous chapter positions while at the Cal State University Dominguez Hills including Internal Vice President. Additionally, as an Alumnus, Brother Robert has served as Pacific Region Alumni Association Chair in 2013 and National Director of Programming in 2015. 

Brother Robert obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the Cal State University Dominguez Hills in 2013 and his Master’s in Education in 2018. For the past 6 years, Brother Robert has been a teacher, last teaching in the Florence Unified School District in San Tan Valley, AZ. 

“Robert has shown me from day one that his passion is for academics inside and outside of the fraternity,” said the Vice President of Operations Dylan Casares. “He has never been more motivated to serve and give back to the brotherhood, and he feels it is time to raise the bar and take our academics to the next level.”

Director of Alumni Engagement – Jose Lara

The Vice President of Operations, Dylan Casares, is excited to announce the appointment of Brother Jose Lara to the position of National Director of Alumni Engagement. 

Brother Jose crossed at Alpha Omicron Chapter in Spring 2010, as a member of the Eta class. He held numerous chapter positions while at the University of Texas at Dallas including Recruitment Chair and Service Chair. As an Alumnus, Brother Jose was the Board of Director Alumni Representative from 2017 and was a 2-term DFW Alumni Association Chairman.

Brother Jose obtained his Bachelor’s in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas in December 2010. For the past 7 years, Brother Jose has worked as a Licensed Claim Adjuster for State Farm. 

“Jose comes with a vast amount of experience when it comes to alumni relations with the DFW alumni association,” said the Vice President of Operations Dylan Casares. “I look forward to him bringing those successful ideas to the brotherhood and bridging the gap between alumni and undergraduates.”

Director of Compliance – Ramon Montano

The Vice President of Operations, Dylan Casares, is excited to announce the appointment of Brother Ramon Montano to the position of National Director of Compliance. 

Brother Ramon crossed at Pi Chapter in Fall 2009, as a member of the Alpha Alpha class. He held numerous chapter positions while at the University of Houston including Standards Officer, Sergeant at arms, and Prospective Member Educator.

Brother Ramon obtained his Bachelor’s degree in 2014 and his Master’s of Electrical Engineering from University of Houston in 2016. For the past 3 years, Brother Ramon has worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at the Integral Group. 

“Ramon is a first time director, but has a vast amount of professional experience that he will bring to the compliance role and operations team,” said the Vice President of Operations Dylan Casares. “He has shown during his undergraduate years that he is always by the book and will make sure that he will always put the organizations best interest first.”

Director of Diversity – Luis Feliciano

The Vice President of Operations, Dylan Casares, is excited to announce the appointment of Brother Luis “Rico” Feliciano to the position of National Director of Diversity. 

Brother Luis crossed at Alpha Upsilon Chapter in Spring 2013, as a member of the Epsilon class. He held numerous chapter positions while at the University of Florida including Prospective Member Educator and Chapter President. Additionally, as an Alumnus, Brother Luis was the Southeast Regional Director in 2018 and last held the Director of Leadership & Professional Development in the previous administration.

Brother Luis obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 2015 and completed his Master’s in Counselor Education in 2018. For the past 2 years, Brother Luis has worked at Windermere High School as the School Counselor. 

“Luis has been on the forefront of diversity on a professional and fraternal level. I look forward to him showing the importance of diversity in our brotherhood as well as everyone on the outside looking in,” said the Vice President of Operations Dylan Casares.
