Location: Dallas, TX – The National Office of Omega Delta Phi and the Membership Team led by Vice President Long Le have announced the Directors appointed to the Membership Team for the 2021-2024 administration. The Membership Team is the home team for the Director of Expansion, Director of Intake, Director of Entity Development, & Director of Recruitment.
Lupe Ozuna
The Vice President of Membership, Long Le, is excited to announce the appointment of Brother Lupe Ozuna to the position of National Director of Entity Development. Brother Lupe crossed at Tau Chapter in Fall 2003, as a member of the Lambda class. He held numerous chapter positions while at the University of Texas at Arlington including Prospective Member Educator and Chapter President. Additionally, as an Alumnus, Brother Lupe has been a member of the DFW Alumni Association, been a member of the Board of Directors, and was a former National Director of Expansion.
Brother Lupe obtained his Bachelor Organizational communications from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2012 and became an accredited jewelry professional by the Gemological Institute of America in 2010. For the past 3 years, Brother Lupe has worked as a Sales Specialist at Bachendorf’s.
“He wanted to come back to come back and give guidance and coach the colonies and younger generation,” said the Vice President of Membership Long Le. “He was active when Tau was demoted to a colony and he was there to see Tau get chapter status back. His experience as Alumni Advisor at Tau in the past will definitely help him in his new role.”
Roy Ferretiz
The Vice President of Membership, Long Le, is excited to announce the appointment of Brother Roy Ferretiz to the position of National Director of Expansion. Brother Roy crossed at Tau Chapter in 2013, as a member of the Alpha Zeta Class. He held numerous chapter positions while at the University of Texas at Arlington, including Director of Recruitment and Service Chair. Additionally, Brother Roy is a member of the DFW Alumni Association and served as the previous Director of Expansion in the past administration.
Brother Roy obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2017 and completed his Master of Education Administration in August 2020. For the past 2 years, Brother Roy has worked at Fort Worth ISD as a College and Career Readiness Coach.
“I am excited to have Roy back as the Director of Expansion!” said the Vice President of Membership Long Le. “He was a younger alumni when he was appointed in the last administration but through his hard work, attention to detail, and love for the role, he was able to achieve a lot in such a short amount of time.”
Luis Ramirez Marin
The Vice President of Membership, Long Le, is excited to announce the appointment of Brother Luis Ramirez Marin to the position of National Director of Intake. Brother Luis crossed at Eta Chapter in 2012, as a member of the Eta Class. He held numerous chapter positions while at Sam Houston State University, and has been involved with the Eta Alumni Association and Houston Alumni Association. Additionally, Brother Luis held the Regional Membership Development Chair and the Programming Chair on the East Texas regional Board since 2019.
Brother Luis obtained his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University in 2016. In 2020, Brother Luis became a Crisis Intervention Specialist for Communities in School: South East Harris and Brazoria County.
“Luis has proven that he has the work ethic and attitude for Intake,” said the Vice President of Membership Long Le. “In the last administration, Luis stepped up to become the Regional Membership Development Chair to oversee the East Texas Region Intake processes. If he brings the same intensity, Intake is going to go great this term!”
Eddie Rivera
The Vice President of Membership Engagement, Long Le, is excited to announce the appointment of Brother Eddie Rivera to the position of National Director of Recruitment. Brother Eddie crossed at Omicron Chapter in Spring 2008. Additionally, Brother Eddie served as the Midwest Regional Director in the former administration.
Brother Eddie obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in 2015. Brother Eddie is a Navy Veteran and currently resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
“Eddie always had the passion for recruitment,” said the Vice President of Membership Long Le. “Eddie made a major impact on getting Midwest turned around while he was the Regional Director. He provided the leadership and respect that the region loved about him. He will be a great asset for the fraternity as the Director of recruitment!”
