Banquet Description:
The Silver Rose Scholarship Banquet is a ceremony dedicated to our scholarship recipient. The recipient of our Scholarship should exhibit strong academics, have a strong presence in her community, have a clear vision on what the scholarship will be used for and have a genuine character. All undergraduate women are encouraged to apply. Our selection process is very detailed and involves a completed application, essay question and interviews.
The banquet itself is held in late May in honor of the scholarship winner. It is a warm environment as there is a nice turnout from the Greek and Cultural communities. At this banquet, there is dinner and a professional speaker that gives their words of wisdom to college students. |
