Omega Delta Phi - Alpha Alpha Chapter
"The Almighty Rebirth"

Omega Delta Phi at Northwestern University plays a major active part in its community. From cultural events to the Silver Rose Scholarship given yearly, we have made an impact on our surroundings. Omega Delta Phi's National Philanthropy is Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).

The Brotherhood wants to give back to children who aren't as fortunate and truly make a difference in the lives of others. Through this partnership, we have made, and are continuing to make, a difference in children's lives. Alpha Alpha also does a great deal of community service locally. We give back to the local high school and help out in many joint Greek service projects.

ODPhi has many educational and programming events throughout the year. On top of that, we participate in social outings with other organizations. Keep an eye out for ODPhi events, or check out our page.

National Information

Purpose

The purpose of this Brotherhood, a Service/Social Fraternity dedicated to the needs and concerns of the community, is and shall be to promote and maintain the traditional values of Unity, Honesty, Integrity, and Leadership. This Brotherhood was founded in order to provide, to ANY man, a diverse fraternal experience which coincides with a higher education.

National History

In the fall of 1987, seven distinct Men of Vision, Joe Cereceres, Eugene Dominguez, Arturo Barraza, Juan Barraza, Tommy Hurtado, Chris Forbes, and Elliot Bazaan came together at Texas Tech University to form a Brotherhood. 

Since founding in 1987, Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. has been an organization perpetually dedicated to the idea of constant growth and improvement. We must work to form an organization which not only challenges the traditional perception of fraternities, but also deals with the issues of culture and race in a completely new perspective. Thinking out of the box is no longer an acceptable plateau; the box must now be removed completely.

Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. Alpha Alpha Chapter History

On November 25th, 1997 - 10 years after Omega Delta Phi was founded at Texas Tech University, five Men of Vision founded the Alpha Alpha Chapter at Northwestern University. Those men are: 

-Jose Luz Frausto 
-Alejandro Anaya 
-Alejandro Jovel 
-Eduardo Encinas 
-Sunny Reyna

Thanks to the hard work of these gentlemen, the Chapter of Alpha Alpha enjoys a rich tradition of service, brotherhood, and social experiences. Their sacrifices have molded over a decade of gentlemen and will continue to enlighten the Northwestern campus for years to come.
